Enhancing Collaboration Through Innovation: Insights from the Showcase Event
Recently, SFQ Energy Storage hosted Mr. Niek de Kat and Mr. Peter Kruiier from the Netherlands for a comprehensive showcase of our production workshop, product assembly line, energy storage cabinet assembly and testing processes, and cloud platform system based on the preliminary discussions on product requirements.
1. Production Workshop
In the production workshop, we demonstrated the operation of the battery PACK assembly line to our visitors. Sifuxun’s production line utilizes advanced automation equipment to ensure consistency and stability in product quality. Our strict production processes and quality control systems guarantee that each production stage meets high standards.
2. Energy Storage Cabinet Assembly and Testing
Subsequently, we showcased the assembly and testing area of the energy storage system. We provided detailed explanations to Mr. Niek de Kat and Mr. Peter Kruiier on the assembly process of energy storage cabinets, including key steps such as OCV cell sorting, module welding, bottom box sealing, and module assembly into the cabinet. Additionally, we demonstrated the rigorous testing process of the energy storage cabinets to ensure that each unit meets high standards.
We also specifically presented Sifuxun’s cloud platform system to our visitors. This intelligent monitoring platform allows real-time monitoring of the energy storage system’s operational status, including key metrics such as power, voltage, and temperature. Through large screens, customers can clearly view real-time data and operational status of the energy storage system, gaining a deeper understanding of its performance and stability.
Through the cloud platform system, customers can not only monitor the operation of the energy storage system at any time but also achieve remote monitoring and control, enhancing management efficiency. Furthermore, the cloud platform system offers data analysis and prediction functions to help customers better understand the performance and usage of the energy storage system, supporting future decision-making.
4. Product Display and Communication
In the product display area, we showcased completed energy storage products to our customers. These products are characterized by efficiency, stability, and safety, meeting international standards and customer requirements. Customers expressed recognition of the quality and performance of the products and engaged in in-depth discussions with our technical team.
5. Looking Ahead to Future Collaboration
Following this visit, Mr. Niek de Kat and Mr. Peter Kruiier gained a deeper understanding of Sifuxun’s manufacturing capabilities, technological expertise, and intelligent management capabilities in energy storage technology.
