Project Background

 

The project is located in Nigeria, Africa. SFQ Energy Storage provides the customer with a reliable power supply solution. The project is applied in a villa scenario, where the electricity demand is relatively high. The customer wishes to install an energy storage system to ensure a stable and independent power supply 24 hours a day, as well as to create a green and low-carbon living environment.
Based on the local power supply situation, the local power grid has a poor foundation and severe power restrictions. When it is in the peak period of electricity consumption, the power grid cannot meet its power supply needs. The use of diesel generators for power supply has high noise levels, flammable diesel, low safety, high costs, and emissions of pollutants. In summary, in addition to the government's encouragement of flexible power generation with renewable energy, SFQ has developed a dedicated one-stop delivery plan for customers. After the deployment is completed, the diesel generator can no longer be used for power supply, and instead, the energy storage system can be used to charge during the valley hours and discharge during the peak hours, thus achieving dynamic peak shaving.

Introduction to the Proposal

Develop an integrated photovoltaic and energy storage distribution system 

Overall scale:

106KWp ground distributed photovoltaic, energy storage system construction capacity: 100KW215KWh.

Operation mode: 

The grid-connected mode adopts the "self-generation and self-consumption, with excess power not being connected to the grid" mode for operation.

Operation logic:

Photovoltaic power generation first supplies power to the load, and the excess power from photovoltaics is stored in the battery. When there is a shortage of photovoltaic power, the grid power is used It supplies power to the load together with photovoltaics, and the integrated photovoltaic and storage system supplies power to the load when the mains power is cut off.

Flexible and portable 

The modular design of the system provides great convenience for on-site operation and maintenance as well as installation. The overall dimensions are 1.95*1*2.2m, covering an area of approximately 1.95 square meters. At the same time, it supports up to 10 cabinets in parallel, with a maximum expandable capacity of 2.15MWh on the DC side, adapting to different application requirements in different scenarios.
